Not legal advice. This is a summary of public laws, checked on the dates shown. Read the cited official source before acting. Laws change.
## Files
- data/states.csv (50 states + DC)
- data/operators.csv (11 rows)
- build.py / build2.py and src/ (downloaded official texts)
## Method
Every structured cell comes from an official source: statute or enrolled act text, an official session-law mirror, or an official agency/legislative summary. Cells are left empty when the text I read didn't cover that field. Anything taken from cryptobystate.com or news sites appears only in `notes` and is marked UNVERIFIED. Sites that block curl (cga.ct.gov, billstatus.ls.state.ms.us, capitol.hawaii.gov, flsenate.gov) were read through the search index or an official mirror (data.capitol.hawaii.gov, Westlaw official OK session laws). The official citation is still the one given.
